Gordon Ramsay has launched litigaton against french chef Eric Chavot after Mr Chavot used his trademarked F word on national television yesterday.

Gordon is said to be 'livid' after the blatant attempt to step on his foul mouthed territory. Archie Choke, a spokesman for Mr Gordon said; "What really rubbed Maldon sea salt into the wound was the french chef's outrageous claim to have 'accidentally' sworn after forgetting he was not in his own kitchen. Gordon finds it unlikely that Mr Chavot usually has celebrity guests and a camera crew in his kitchen at home and is sure that the television studio would not have reeked of garlic and horses."

Mr Ramsay trademarked a number of swear words two years ago based upon the success of Hells Kitcen, Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and the F word. These include Fucking® as used by Eric Chavot as well as Fuck®, Fucker®, Fuckety® and Fuckstick®.

Mr Chavot's solicitor told Stinky Ponky that the french chef was "deeply saddened that Mr Ramsay could not see that Eric's use of the term was entirely accidental."

It's believed that Mr Chavot will be suggesting that he was actually saying "Fukking" although Archie tells us that this defense is "laughable."

"The only redeeming factor in this whole sorry affair" said Archie, a former branch of Homebase, "is that the public assume it's Gordon. He didn't utter a single expletive and yet he's still received 17 letters of complaint."
